Meeting Update, July 1st, 2010

We had yet another interesting session of the Professional Toastmasters Club meeting. Altogether 12 people attended the meeting. The meeting was conducted by TM Hanif Sattar and was presided over by TM Sajjad Zahoor. Table topics session was conducted by Maneckji.

Prepared speeches were delivered by TM Chohan, TM Umer and TM Maneckhi. TM Chohan delivered speech on body language from Better Speaker Series.

TM Umer delivered speech on Organizing Your Speech from Better Speaker Series.

TM Manecjki delivered speech as part of the project 9 from basic manual.


Evaluation session was conducted by TM Fahim and table topics were evaluated by TM Umer. TM Harris was voted as the best table topics speaker.

During the meeting installation ceremony for the incoming executive committee also took place. Following is the list of members of new committee for the next 12 months:

We had yet another eventful evening during Professional Toastmasters Club meeting on Thursday June 24th. The meeting was conducted by TM Izhar and was presided over by TM Sajjad Zahoor. Table topics session was conducted by TM Hanif Sattar with a little bit of an interesting twist!

Weekly meeting update, June 10th, 2010

We had another interesting session of professional toastmasters club meeting today. Altogether 16 people attended the meeting. Out of them 15 were the members and 1 was a guest. The meeting was presided by TM Sajjad Zahoor and was conducted by TM Mahmood. Table topics session was conducted by TM Chang.

Altogether four prepared speeches were delivered during the meeting.

TM Maneckji delivered prepared speech as part of the project 8, get comfortable with visual aids.

His speech was evaluated by TM Umer.

TM Ava delivered speech as part of the project 1 from the advanced manual, story telling.


Her speech was evaluated by TM Iqbal Bakhshi.

TM Fahim delivered speech from the project 10 of the basic manual, inspire your audience.



His speech was evaluated by TM Chohan.

TM Umer delivered speech as part of the project 4 from the advanced manual, speeches by management.



His speech was evaluated by TM Sajjad Zahoor.

Evaluation session was conducted by TM Umer and table topics were evaluated by Iqbal Bakhshi.

TM Iqbal Bakhshi was voted as the best table topics speaker and prepared speech by TM Avan was voted as the best.

Meeting Update, June 3rd, 2010

We had a great meeting yesterday. Eleven people attended. There were three speeches by Yasir, Maneckjee and Shahrukh. Table topics were conducted by Dr. Avan. You should have seen me wearing a Santa Clause hat and Shahrukh a witch's hat. Alas TM Fahim was not present so you won't be able to see some real funny pictures. Table topics were evaluated by Izhar and evaluation session was led by Hanif Sattar.

Weekly meeting held on May 27th, 2010

We had an entertaining and informative session of Professional Club during the weekly meeting. Altogether 16 people attended the meeting and out of them 14 were the members and there were 2 guests. The meeting was conducted and presided over by TM Sajjad Zahoor. Table topics session was conducted by TM Umer Ahmed.

Altogether four prepared speeches were delivered during the session. TM Chang delivered speech as part of Project 7 from basic manual, 'research your topic'.

His speech was evaluated by TM Hanif Sattar.

TM Shahrukh delivered the speech as part of project 10 of basic manual, 'inspire your audience'.

His speech was evaluated by TM Umer Ahmed.

TM Iqbal Bakhshi delivered speech from advanced manual 'Specialty Speeches', project 3 'sell your product'.


His speech was evaluated by TM Hanif Sattar.


TM Harris delivered speech as part of project 3, from basic manual.

His speech was evaluated by TM Chohan.

The evaluation session was conducted by TM Mahmood in the capacity of General Evaluator. Table topics session was evaluated by TM Hanif Sattar.

TM Chohan was voted as the best table topics speaker and prepared speech by TM Harris was voted as the best.

It was yet another interesting session of Professional Toastmasters Club today. The meeting was attended by 10 people out of them 8 were the members and there were 2 guests. The meeting was conducted by TM Iqbal Bakhshi and presided over by TM Sajjad Zahoor. Table topics session was conducted by TM Mahmood.

There were three prepared speeches delivered during the meeting. TM Chang delivered speech as part of project 6. He was evaluated by TM Sajjad Zahoor. TM Shahrukh delivered speech as part of project 10 and he was evaluated by TM Umer Ahmad. TM Fahim delivered speech as part of project 9 and he was evaluated by TM Harris Sajjad.

We had an interesting session of Professional Toastmasters Club weekly meeting yesterday. Altogether 8 members attended the meeting. TM Chang conducted the session as Toastmaster of the evening and meeting was presided over by TM Sajjad Zahoor. Table Topics session was conducted by TM Bilal.

Altogether three prepared speeches were delivered during the meeting. TM Hanif Sattar delivered speech from Advanced Manual Project 3, Story telling . His speech was evaluated by TM Sajjad Zahoor . TM Shahrukh delivered speech from Basic Manual Project 9, 'Persuade with Power . His speech was evaluated by TM Harris . TM Fahim delievered speech from Basic Manual Project 8 'Get Comfortable with Visual Aids' and his speech was evaluated by TM Sajjad Zahoor.

Evaluation session was conducted by TM Fahim and table topics were evaluated by TM Mahmood. TM Shahrukh was voted as the best table topics speaker and his prepared speech was also voted as the best.
