Seminal

Professionals Toastmasters Club held its meeting at Avari hotel on 7^th September, 2014. The total attendance was 10. The time of assembly was 3:30 p.m.

Sergeant-at-Arms, TM Shahrukh, called the meeting to order and VP Education, TM Parveen, chaired the entire session. Toastmaster of the Day was TM Fazal, Table Topics Master was TM Khalid, General Evaluator was TM Parveen and Table Topics Evaluator was TM Hanif.

Roles were performed by TM Zain as the Timer, TM Shahrukh as the Ah-Counter and TM Hanif as the Word-master and Grammarian. Word of the day was ‘Seminal.’

                                             

In Prepared Speeches session, Ice Breaker was presented by TM Karan and he was evaluated by TM Shahrukh.  

Avocation

Professional Toastmasters club held its meeting on 24^th August, 2014, at Avari hotel. Total 10 people attended the meeting.

Sergeant-at-Arms, TM Shahrukh, called the meeting to order and President, TM Zafar, presided over the meeting. Toastmaster of the Day was TM Shahrukh, Table topics Master was TM Parveen, General Evaluator was TM Hanif and Table Topics Evaluator was TM Zafar.

Roles were performed by TM Khalid as the Timer, TM Zulfiqar as the Ah-Counter, TM Hanif as the Word Master and Grammarian. Word of the day was, ‘avocation.’

In the Prepared Speeches session, TM Shahrukh repeated project 2 from the Competent Communicator manual. He was evaluated by TM Parveen. The title of his speech was, ‘My trip to Islamabad.’ 

change-master

Professional Toastmasters Club held its meeting on 17^th August, 2014. The venue of the meeting was Avari hotel and the time of assembly was 3:30 pm. The total number of attendee was seven. The theme of the meeting was, ‘Change.’

Sergeant-at-Arms, TM Shahrukh, called the meeting to order and the President, TM Zafar, presided over the meeting. Toastmaster of the Evening was TM Parveen, Table topics Master was TM Fazal, General Evaluator was TM Karan Singh and Table Topics Evaluator was TM Shahrukh.

Roles were performed by TM Khalid as the Timer, TM Irfan as the Ah-Counter and TM Zafar as the Word-Master and the Grammarian. The word of the day was, ‘change-master.’

The maximum time for the Table Topics session was five minutes.

what others expect from you

Professional Toastmasters Club held its meeting on August 10^th, 2014, under new administration. It was the first club meeting after Eid and the venue of the meeting was Avari hotel. Total eight people attended the meeting. The theme of the meeting was, ‘what others expect from you.’

Sergeant-at-Arms, TM Shahrukh, called the meeting to order and the new Club President, TM Zafar, welcomed every participant and presented a vote of thanks to the Past Club President, TM Hanif, and his entire team for the successful completion of their term.

Toastmaster of the Day was TM Hanif, Table Topics Master was TM Zafar and the entire evaluation session was conducted by TM Parveen.

Roles were performed by TM Haroon as the Timer and TM Aqeel as the Grammarian and the Word-Master. Word of the day was ‘Cocker’, meaning to spoil and pamper.

In the Prepared Speeches session, TM Shahrukh repeated his second project from the Competent Communicator manual and he was evaluated by TM Parveen. The title of his speech was, ‘From Haziq-ul-Mulk to Masih-ul-Mulk.’

Candor

Profession Toastmaster Club held its last meeting before the month of Ramzan on 22^nd June, 2014. The venue of the meeting was Avari hotel and the time to start the meeting was 4:00 pm. Total attendance was 13.

 

TM Parveen observed the Toastmaster’s Pledge and TM Hanif presided over the meeting. 

 

TM Fareed was the Toastmaster of the Evening, Table Topics Master was TM Zafar and General Evaluator was TM Fazal.

Roles were performed by TM Parveen as the Table Topics Evaluator, TM Aqeel as the Ah-Counter and Timer, and TM Hanif as the Word Master. Word of the Day was ‘Candor.’

In the Prepared Speeches Session, TM Zafar and TM Fareed presented their speeches.

Synergy

Professional Toastmaster Club held its meeting on June 15^th, 2014, at Hotel Avari. The time of assembly was 3:30 pm. Total attendance was 9.

TM Parveen called the meeting to session and TM Hanif chaired the meeting.

Toastmaster of the Evening was TM Hanif, Table Topic Master was TM Fazal, and the General Evaluator was TM Parveen.

 

Roles were performed by TM Aqeel as the Ah-Counter and Timer, and TM Parveen as the Word Master. Word of the Day was ‘Synergy.’

SAP

Professional Toastmasters Club held its meeting on June 1^st, 2014, at Avari hotel. Total 6 people attended the meeting.

The Sergeant-at-Arms, TM Shahrukh, called the meeting to session and the Club President, TM Hanif, chaired the entire meeting. 

TM Parveen was the Toasmaster of the Evening, TM Hanif was the Topicmaster and TM Shahrukh was the General Evaluator as well as the Table Topics Evaluator.

Roles were performed by TM Shahrukh as the Timer, TM Hanif as the Word Master. Word of the day was ‘SAP.’

In the Prepared Speeches session, TM Motiwala presented project 3 from the Competent Communicator manual. He was evaluated by TM Hanif. The title of his speech was ‘Education.’

The second speech was presented by TM Shahrukh. He repeated his project 2 from the Competent Communicator manual. His evaluator was TM Parveen. The titile of his speech was, ’what changed?’
