Why?

Professional Toastmasters Club held its meeting on January 18^th, 2015. The venue of the meeting was Avari Towers and theme of the meeting was, ‘Why?’

Sergeant-at Arms, TM Shahrukh called the meeting to order and Club President, TM Zafar chaired the entire session.

Toastmaster of the Day was TM Neel, Table Topics Master was TM Zafar, General Evaluator was TM Shahrukh and Table Topics Evaluator was TM Rafi.

Roles were performed by TM Shahrukh as the Ah-Counter, TM Noman as the Timer and TM Zafar as the Grammarian and Word Master. The word of the day was, ‘unexpectedly.’

Five speeches were performed during the Prepared Speeches session. First speech was delivered by TM Noman. He presented project 10 from the Competent Communicator manual. The title of his speech was, ‘discipline.’ He was evaluated by TM Zafar.

Second speech was delivered by TM Zulfiqar. He was evaluated by TM Parveen. The title of his speech was, ‘life through a lense.’ He presented project 10 from the Competent Communicator manual.

Third speech was delivered by TM Parveen and she was evaluated by TM Shahrukh. Her speech title was, ‘what is in the name?’ and her evaluator was TM Shahrukh. She repeated project 2 from the Competent Communicator manual.

Fourth speech was delivered by TM Zafar. He presented project 3 from the Advance Communication manual,’ Communicating on Television.’ He was evaluated by TM Zulfiqar.

Fifth speech was delivered by TM Neel. She repeated project 2 from the Competent Communicator manual. She was evaluated by TM Shahrukh. Her speech was evaluated by TM Shahrukh. The title of her speech was, ‘Repaying Kindness.’

Professional Toastmasters Club held its meeting on January 11^th, 2015. The venue of the meeting was Avari Towers.

The meeting was called to order by TM Shahrukh as Sergeant-at-Arms and chaired by TM Zafar as the Club President. Toastmester of the Day was TM Karan, Table Topic Master was TM Zulfiqar, General Evaluator as well as Table Topics Evaluator was TM Parveen.

Roles were performed by TM Noman as the timer, and TM Nazir as the Word Master and Grammarian. Word of the day was, ‘unprecedented.’

In prepared speeches session, two speeches were delivered. TM Noman presented project 9 from the Competent Communicator manual. The title of the speech was, ‘lessons from the past.’ The speech was evaluated by TM Nazir.

Second speech was delivered by TM Zulfiqar. He also presented project 9 form the Competent Communicator manual. He was evaluated by TM Zafar and the title of his speech was, ‘Audio Books.’

Educational Programme, ‘Creating the Best Club Climate,’ from the Successful Club Series was conducted by TM Zafar. 

New Year

Professionals Toastmasters Club held its meeting on January 4^th, 2014. The venue of the meeting was Avari towers and the time of assembly was 3:30 pm. Total eight attendees were present at the meeting. Theme of the meeting was, ‘New Year.’

Toastmaster of the Evening was TM Zulfiqar, Table Topics Master was TM Parveen and TM Fazal was the General Evaluator as well as the Table Topics Evaluator.

Roles were performed by TM Karan as the Ah-Counter, TM Noman as the Timer and TM Zafar as the Grammarian and Word Master. Word of the Day was ‘Entice.’

Educational Programme, ‘Evaluate to Motivate’ was conducted by TM Zafar from the Successful Club Series.

In the prepared speeches session, TM Noman presented project 8 from the Competent Communicator manual. The title of his speech was, ‘Economy at a Glance.’ His evaluator was TM Zafar.

The second speech was presented by TM Zulfiqar. He presented project 8 from the Competent Communicator manual. The title of his speech was, ‘Brands.’ His evaluator was TM Rafi.

Project 7

Professional Toastmasters Club held its meeting on December 28^th, 2014. It was the last meeting of the year and total eleven attendees were at the meeting. The venue was Avari towers and the time of assembly was 3:30 pm.

TM Parveen called the meeting to session and TM Zafar chaired the entire session. Toastmaster of the Evening was TM Zulfiqar, Table Topics Evaluator was TM Hanif, General Evaluator was TM Rafi and Table Topics Evaluator was TM Fazal.

Roles were performed by TM Noman as the Timer, TM Haris as the Ah-Counter, and TM Hanif as the Word Master and Grammarian. The word of the day was ‘Acquiesce.’

In the prepared speeches session, TM Noman presented his first speech. He presented project seven from the Competent Communicator manual. The title of his speech was, ‘Savings the Pakistan’s Case.’ His evaluator was TM Rafi.

Second speech was delivered by TM Zulfiqar. He also presented project seven from Competent Communicator manual. The title of his speech was, ‘customer Satisfaction.’ He was evaluated by TM Haris.

Stand Up

Professional Toastmasters Club held its meeting on December 21^st, 2014. The total number of attendees was 8.

Educational Progeamme was presented by TM Zafar from the Successful Club Series. The title of the programme was ‘Keeping the Commitment.’

Second speech was delivered by TM Shahrukh. He presented his project 5 from the manual, ‘Story telling.’ He was evaluated by TM Parveen. The title of his speech was, ‘Heavenly Kingdom of Great Peace.’

In the Prepared Speeches session, TM Zulfiqar presented Project 6 from the Competent Communicator manual. The title of his speech was, ‘true visionary.’ He was evaluatd by TM Zafar.

TM Nazir repeated Project 2 from the Competent Communicator manual. The title of his speech was, ‘Aging.’ He was evaluated by TM Fazal.

In the Prepared Speeches session, TM Zafar presented Project 2 from manual, Communicating on Video. He was evaluated by TM Fazal. The title of his speech was, ‘Understanding Contemporary Fiction.’

Second speech was delivered by TM Noman. He presented Project 5 from Competent Communicator manual. The title of his speech was, ‘reading gestures.’ He was evaluated by TM Fahim.

The last speech of the day was presented by TM Shahrukh. He was evaluated by TM Hanif. The title of his speech was, ‘the Fall of Greatness.’ He repeated Project 4 from the Story Telling manual.
