Excoriate




Professional Toastmasters Club held its meeting on 16th February, 2014. The venue of the meeting was Carlton Hotel and the time of assembly was 3:30 p.m. Total seven people attended the meeting.

Sergeant-at-Arms, TM Shahrukh, called the meeting to order and handed the charge to the President, TM Sattar. Toastmaster of the Day was TM Parveen, Table Topics Master was TM Rafi, General Evaluator was TM Aqeel and Table Topics Evaluator was TM Fazal.

Roles were performed by TM Shahrukh as the Ah-Counter, Timer and Joke Master, and TM Sattar as the Grammarian and Word Master. The word of the day was ‘Excoriate.’

In the Prepared Speeches session, TM Shahrukh repeated his Project 9 from the Competent Communicator Manual. His Evaluator was TM Parveen and the title of the speech was ‘Happiness.’

A Special Speech was delivered by TM Rafi, with the title ‘Pakistan: Past, Present and Future.’

Beyond Fear


Professional Toastmasters Club held its meeting on 9th February, 2014. The venue of the meeting was Carlton Hotel and the time for assembly was 3:30 p.m.

Sergeant-at-Arms, TM Shahrukh, called the meeting in session and the lectern was handed over to the President, TM Hanif.

Toastmaster of the Evening was TM Parveen, Table Topics Master was TM Fazal, General Evaluator was TM Hanif and Table Topics Evaluator was TM Aqeel.

In the Prepared Speeches session, TM Shahrukh repeated project 9 from Competent Communicator Manual. The title of the speech was, ‘Beyond Fear’ and it was evaluated by TM Fazal.

Special speech was presented by TM Aqeel which was evaluated by TM Hanif. The title of the speech was, ‘Turning Weaknesses into Strengths.’

 Professional Toastmasters Club held its meeting on 26th January, 2014. Total seven people attended the meeting. The venue of the meeting was Carlton Hotel and the time of assembly was 3:30 p.m.








The meeting commenced when Sergeant-at-Arms, TM Shaharukh, observed the Toastmaster’s Pledge and TM Zafar was the Presiding officer.




Toastmaster of the Evening was TM Shahrukh, Table Topics Master was TM Bakshi, General Evaluator was TM Zafar and Table Topics Evaluator was TM Parveen.

Roles were performed by TM Parveen as the Timer, TM Zafar as the Grammarian and TM Shazia as the Word-Master. Word of the day was ‘guest.’

Prepared Speech was delivered by TM Zafar from the Advance Manual, ‘Story Telling.’ He was evaluated by TM Shahrukh. The title of his speech was Rani Roopmati.
