What a wonderful evening: We all enjoyed our professions

After a long time, we had an evening which we all will remember. Professional Toastmasters club members who attended the meeting on September 23, 2010, went away with nice memories, which will last for at least one week before we meet again next Thursday. Altogether 10 people attended the meeting. Out of them 9 were members and 1 was a guest.

The meeting was conducted in his signature style by TM Iqbal Bakhshi as Toastmaster of the evening.

The table topics session was indeed the key feature of the evening. With TM Sajjad Zahoor assigning each of us a profession and inviting us to get challenged into our new career, every speaker shared something which is going to be unforgettable for the listeners. For those who were not there here is a glimpse what they have missed out.

But that was not just the only piece of action during the evening. TM Maneckji entertained us with humorous speech as hence became the latest member who completed all the projects in basic manual. TM Maneckji, now we are more knowledgeable of our animal instincts and areas for improvement :)

TM Fareed as general evaluator gave a detailed run down on the event and where can we improve upon as a team. TM Harris as table topics evaluator reviewed the table topic speeches.

TM Dr. Avan was voted as the best Table Topics Speaker. The members also pleasantly found out that there are efforts going on to establish two more toastmasters clubs in the city. One such club is being established for the blind students and the other one is expected to be launched by a reputable school in the city. We are proud to learn that members of Professional Toastmasters Club are part of both these initiatives.
