Weekly meeting on May 13th, 2010

It was yet another interesting session of Professional Toastmasters Club today. The meeting was attended by 10 people out of them 8 were the members and there were 2 guests. The meeting was conducted by TM Iqbal Bakhshi and presided over by TM Sajjad Zahoor. Table topics session was conducted by TM Mahmood.

There were three prepared speeches delivered during the meeting. TM Chang delivered speech as part of project 6. He was evaluated by TM Sajjad Zahoor. TM Shahrukh delivered speech as part of project 10 and he was evaluated by TM Umer Ahmad. TM Fahim delivered speech as part of project 9 and he was evaluated by TM Harris Sajjad.

Evaluation session was conducted by TM Umer Ahmad. Table topics speeches were evaluated by TM Harris Sajjad.

TM Iqbal Bakhshi was voted as the best table topics speaker and prepared speech by TM Fahim was voted as the best.

Meeting Programme: The club meetings every sunday from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Carlton Hotel. The programme is comprised of three segments: table topics; prepared speeches; and evaluations.
