A bitter truth needs to be packed in a fine packing.

Our meeting on 7th April, 2011 was held at Beach Luxury hotel on 6:30 p.m. The Sergeant at Arms was TM Haris and meeting was presided by VP-Membership TM Sajjad.





The Table Topic session was conducted by TM Haris, Toastmaster of the meeting was TM Shahrukh, General Evaluator was TM Amanullah and TM Fazalur Khan was the Table Topics Evaluator.


We get to learn four universal truths in the table topics sessions: a) A bitter truth needs to be packed in a fine packing. b) certain things are official and then certain thins are unofficial c) our first loud Ah of the meeting was related to a topic of Katrina Kaif d) we all fear our wives


Prepared speeches were delivered by TM Atif who was evaluated by TM Fahim, TM Adnan who was evaluated by TM Avan, TM Hera who was evaluated by TM Sajjad and TM Aqeel who was evaluated by TM Sameer.


The roles were performed by TM Tahir as the Timer, TM Hera as the Grammarian, TM Adnan as the Ah Counter, TM Sajjad as the Vote Counter and TM Khalid was the Word Master of the day. The word of the day was ‘effective communication.’




Winners were TM Khalid for Table Topics, TM Hera for Prepared Speeches and TM Sameer for Evaluation. TM Avan was the runner-up for Table Topics and Evaluation. TM Atif was the runner-up for the Prepared Speeches.
