We were getting late.

We had a wonderful time. Our meeting was at Beach Luxury hotel on 24th March, 2011. We started at 7:00 p.m. We had almost around 22 people attending which included guests and members. It was pointed out that we should manage our time properly and avoid holding 3 hours of meeting.


The Toastmaster of the meeting was TM Haris, Table Topics session was conducted by TM Fazlur Raheem and the General Evaluator was TM Shahrukh. Our meeting was presided over by TM Fahim and Sergeant at Arms was TM Izhar.


TM Avan was the Timer, TM Farid was the Vote Counter, Grammarian was TM Sajjad and Ah-Counter was TM Izhar. TM Iqbal was the Word Master and word of the day was Team.


Prepared speeches were delivered by TM Adnan, TM Avan, TM Gafoor and TM Aqeel. There were three ice breakers which encouraged our new members.


In our last session, Table Topics Evaluator was TM Farid while prepared speeches were evaluated by TM Izhar, TM Sajjad, TM Maneck and TM Bakshi.


TM Maneck was the winner of the Table Topics and Evaluation session. TM Dr. Avan was the winner for the best prepared speech and completed her advance story telling manual. We congratulate and wish her all the best!
